What does an agent see when they open the app?

The agent lands on a due list for today. Each row shows the customer, the amount due, and any arrears or penalty. The list can be sorted by route, by nearest customer using GPS, or by highest due, so the agent can plan the round the way they prefer.

Every customer row has Call and WhatsApp buttons. A "My Day" home screen shows due versus collected, the agent's streak and rank, which makes the daily target easy to follow.

How is a payment recorded and receipted?

Tap Pay EMI and the amount due is filled in for you. If the customer pays something different, enter a custom amount. A bulk entry grid is also available when many payments need to be keyed in together, and a wrong entry can be reversed.

After the payment, the agent prints a receipt on a thermal printer or shares it on WhatsApp. If the business has added a UPI ID, the pay screen also shows a UPI QR code.

What if the customer is not at home?

The agent records a visit outcome instead of a payment: not available, house locked, promise to pay (with a date and amount), refused, or shifted. Nothing is lost in a verbal message or a scribbled note.

Promises go into a follow-up list, so the agent and the manager know who said they would pay on which date.

How does the manager check the cash an agent brings back?

At the end of the day the agent declares the cash collected. The manager accepts or rejects the handover, and any difference between declared and expected cash is shown on screen.

Managers can also set monthly targets per agent and see the achievement percentage, so the review of each line is based on numbers.

DailyRupee is an installable Android PWA that also runs in any phone browser. No app-store install is needed.

Can agents collect without internet?

Yes. Collections and visits made offline are queued on the phone and sync automatically when the connection returns.

Can an agent see other agents' customers?

No. Agents only see their own customers. Managers and admins see the wider picture.

Can I undo a payment entered by mistake?

Yes. A wrong entry can be reversed, so the books stay correct.
