KYC and customer records for lenders

DailyRupee keeps customer KYC in one place: photo, Aadhaar, PAN, voter ID, bank details, UPI ID, signature and guarantor. Documents are captured with the phone camera. Managers approve KYC from a queue, and you can require verified KYC before a loan. Aadhaar is shown masked to non-admin users.

What KYC details can DailyRupee store?

Each customer record can hold a photo, Aadhaar, PAN, voter ID, bank account and IFSC, and UPI ID. A signature pad captures the signature, and guarantor details can be added with the guarantor's photo.

Documents are captured using the phone camera and compressed, so agents can complete the file at the customer's doorstep.

How is Aadhaar protected in the app?

The Aadhaar number is checked with a checksum when it is entered. For users who are not admins, it is displayed masked as XXXX XXXX 1234. Each business's data is kept separate and private, and agents see only their own customers.

How does KYC approval work?

Every customer has a KYC status: not started, pending, verified or rejected. Agents or data entry staff submit the details and managers review them in an approval queue.

If you want a stricter process, you can require verified KYC before a loan can be given. Notifications also flag KYC that is still pending.

What is the customer credit score?

DailyRupee computes a credit score from A to E using the customer's repayment history inside your business. A top-up eligible flag helps you spot good payers for repeat loans. This is an internal score and is not linked to any credit bureau.
