Loan management

Loan management software for daily, weekly and monthly lending

DailyRupee is loan management software for lenders who collect daily, weekly or monthly. It builds the installment schedule automatically, supports flat EMI or interest-only loans, charges late fees, and records pre-close and write-off with history. Reusable loan plans and a live calculator save time at disbursement.

What do you get with loan management?

Daily, weekly, monthly

Create loans that repay every day, every week or every month, from the same screen.

Flat EMI or interest-only

Choose a flat EMI loan or an interest-only loan where the principal is repaid later.

Automatic schedule

The installment schedule and maturity date are generated for you, with optional Sunday skipping.

Automatic penalty

Late fees are applied automatically on overdue installments, so nothing depends on memory.

Pre-close and write-off

Close a loan early or write it off, and keep the history of what was done.

Reusable loan plans

Save your common products as plans and pick one when disbursing a new loan.

What kinds of loans can DailyRupee manage?

DailyRupee handles loans repaid daily, weekly or monthly. Each loan can be a flat EMI loan or an interest-only loan. Pigmy (daily savings) accounts are supported alongside loans, with deposits, withdrawals, a passbook and closure.

Reusable loan plans let you define your usual products once. When a customer comes in, you choose the plan and adjust only what differs.

How are the installment schedule and maturity date worked out?

Once you enter the amount, the period and the repayment frequency, DailyRupee generates the installment schedule and the maturity date. For daily loans you can choose to skip Sundays.

A live loan calculator preview shows the numbers before you save. There is also a stand-alone loan calculator for quick quotes, for example a ₹10,000 loan repaid ₹120 a day for 100 days.

How are late fees, pre-close and write-off handled?

Penalty or late fees are calculated automatically when an installment is overdue, and appear as part of what the customer owes in the due list.

When a customer wants to close early, use pre-close. If a loan will not be recovered, write it off. Both actions are kept with history, so you can see later what happened and when.

  • Pre-close with history
  • Write-off with history
