When does DailyRupee track an agent's location?

Location tracking runs while the agent is checked in. When the agent checks out, tracking stops. This keeps the feature tied to working hours and makes the purpose clear to the team.

Location points are stored for 90 days. After that period they are no longer kept.

What can a manager see on the map?

The live map, built on OpenStreetMap, shows agents who are currently checked in. For any past day, route playback replays the path the agent travelled and shows the distance covered.

A separate customers map shows where borrowers are, with navigation, which helps when a new agent takes over a line.

How does it help with attendance and targets?

Check-in and check-out times feed an attendance report. Alongside it, you can set a monthly target for each agent and see the achievement percentage, so attendance and results are reviewed together.

Customers can also be split into lines or areas and assigned to agents, so each person has a clear patch to cover.
