What can an agent do without internet?

Collections and visits made without internet are queued on the phone. The agent records the payment or visit outcome in the usual way and moves on to the next customer.

This matters in weak-signal places, where waiting for a page to load wastes the agent's time and the customer's patience.

How does the sync work?

Queued entries sync automatically once the phone is back online. The agent does not need to press a special upload button. The office then sees the entries in reports and the cash handover as normal.

What should agents keep in mind?

Offline mode covers recording collections and visits. Features that depend on the network, such as the live agent map for managers, update when the phone connects again.
